Light see through jacket by DECREE

Light weight with a lacy see through effect. Collar with one button and two pockets The sleeves were hard to capture but they have a 5" gather on the top side. The label is very clear. On the back, the waist measures at 36" but there is a draw string which ties into a bow. Lots of details.
