Light blue wash high waisted shorts

Waist is 31 inches laying flat Forever 21 plus size (not sure why it says plus size when it’s a size medium?) size 8 Light blue high waisted shorts with ripped squares , and stars patches that have pink/purple sequins . One of the patches is slightly popping out. The back pockets have this darker wash to them! Button and zipper work great
