Light blue spaghetti strap dress

Bright blue dress with white gem belt. Spaghetti strap dress and it has pockets! Silk material and size is small. The brand is Morilee by Madeline Gardner. Worn twice and in really good condition. Two little spots but very settle and can barely notice. The back does close all the way, the manakin didn't allow it to close fully.
