Light blue open back maxi dress NEW

Light blue flowy maxi dress from Hollister! (I don't know why the pictures make it look more purple than it is!) Peasant sleeves. Open back. Bodice shaped front. Maxi length skirt that is a little longer in the back than the front. SUCH comfy fabric! And it has pockets!! I wish this fit me but it just doesn't work well with my body type (Small chest that doesn't fill it out). It has never been worn and the tags are still attached! See pictures for exact measurements!!
