Light blue full skirt formal gown quinceañera/cotillion style dress

Hebeos brand blue gown size six (site measurements Bust 34.5in Waist 27.5in Hips 37.75in Hollow to Floor 59in) with beautiful lace detailing on bodice and skirt. Multiple layers of tule and crinoline. Inside of the dress is lined, so no itchy crinoline on the skin! Bodice has boning in the front and zips in the back. Original price over $600 but originally purchased on sale for $165. Worn twice (hoop skirt not included).
