Light blue formal dress

Light blue size 12 formal dress. Very flowy when being worn. Back has zipper, clasp, and sashes. Top has wire frame on bust to provide form and to keep the dress up. Small stain on front bottom that could easily be removed. Floor length. 55.5” from top of bust. Little long for seller (I am 5’4”) top is approximately 36” around. Dress was pulled in back to fit around much smaller mannequin.
