Light and bendable Blue Velvet w/ Sequins Bridal/ Engagement Crown/ Hat, Vintage

This blue velvet crown-style hat features an open top, optional original blue netting attached and blue bows on either side of an ornate sequin design. Piece is authentic vintage and part of a personal collection. Very lightweight! Original veil appears intact but could use a good steaming- leave in place or remove depending on buyer preference.
