Brand new with tags. Mandarin collar, lace puffy sleeves, button down dress with lining. There are 2 belt loops but I can’t locate the belt. Dress was made in Korea. No care tag but appears to be polyester. Super unique! marclau4 @newsandvintage Chest 16” across from armpit to armpit, waist 14”, and the dress is A line and flares out. Hips I would say is around 18”-19”
