Light Blue Textured Dots Ruffled Dress..

It’s a new dress but it has two thin not noticeable thread pull lines in the front top area. It happened during transit or packaging not sure .,For that reason I am pricing this very low . Please look at the video and feel free to ask questions. You can style it backwards too if you want to hide it . But very lightweight and pretty dress . Perfect for vacation . Dress is all lined except sleeves . In video color looks little lighter than real . Cover photo is close to the real color . Dress tag says XL but I think it runs small .
