Light Blue Gold Tone Unsigned Vintage Brooch Sapphire Rhinestones Plastic Petals

This listing is for an unsigned plastic and rhinestone brooch. It is set in a gold tone setting, all of the stones are prong set. It is a high dome, with light blue, plastic navettes on the lowest row, with prong set light blue and sapphire stones set on top. It is completely free of tarnish and the clasp is in perfect working order. It measures approximately 1 3/4" in diameter. I would date this around 1960's.
