This top is in fantastic used condition! It is a blue and white striped Aqua (a Nordstrom brand) rainbow smocked ruffled off-the-shoulder top / blouse in a women's size extra small. It has beautiful large flare bell sleeves and embroidered rainbow stripes. It has ruffle detailing and elastic around the top. It has long sleeves, and it is smocked across the chest and sleeves.
