Great original vintage Life Magazine issue from December 8,1941, a historical date in that it is one day after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. General George MacArthur is on the cover; inside features include MacArthur, the U.S. Navy, Japan, and the British Army, world events occurring right before the United States is bombed at Pear Harbor, forcing our country to plunge into World War II. Additionally, there are tons of advertisements ranging from well known products such as Firestone and Birdseye to those no longer in existence. It's a combination of nostalgia, discovery, and a history lesson rolled into one! Condition is acceptable with some creasing and pencil marks on the cover.
