Hi..is this distressing on the bag or is it damage from wear? can you provide measurements?

@chicluxemiami it's just the way the bag was made. 16 " along the top, 9.5" tall and 5" wide. The only flaw would be with the long strap that comes off, there's a screw missing on one of the grommets but it doesn't really affect the function or aesthetic of the bag.
