dixie1968 hi doll, I love all your clothes. Great taste. the libertine jacket says med but bust is 32, does the brand run small. would it be OK to measure shoulders waist arms and top to bottom. no hurry, I know it's sometimes inconvenient. wanna make sure it fits, ty so very much
