Lia Sophia "Kiam Family" pendant necklace. Features interlocking textured silvertone circles with a large blue topaz color crystal. Large double bales on the back and signed on the bottom Kiam Family. Pendant measures 1.5" x 1.75" Not the original chain but includes an 18 " silvertone snake chain with a lobster claw clasp. Pre-owned and very gently worn. Very good condition.
