Levi's Vintage 701 Student Fit 90s Jeans MADE IN USA 27 x 31 (Actual 25 x 29)

This is a pair of Levi's 701 student fit jeans from August 1990, marked as a size 27 x 30, but actually size 25 x 29 1/4". These jeans are made in the USA and have the black batwing on the care tag. The 701 is a classic, being the first Levis jeans model specifically aimed at women. The 701 gained popularity, through the iconic Marilyn Monroe. The "student fit" is a slimmer fit than the regular 701's. A suggested rule of thumb with vintage Levi's is to subtract 2 inches from the actual label sizing to reflect the actual size after washing.
