@unpetitbisou I went ahead and posted the hip measurements and the rise as well
waist is 13 inches buttoned and zipped
hips 17 1/2 inches buttoned and zipped
rise is 12 inches

@unpetitbisou if it helps any, I'm a size 26, and I bought these hoping they would fit me. They fit, just extremely tight. Which is common in older denim. I assume they are around a 25 size wise.
