macrams Hi there-I’m just trying to confirm this ‘16 inch laying flat (as that seems closer to maybe a size 31ish? Which is actually what I need, but I’m a bit confused on the “size 27” you have down?) Okay-let me know and thanks!

vesturebin @macrams hi! Yes, the 16” is lying flat. I added a pic for reference as well as the size tag. I am normally a 26/27 and they fit quite large on me and since they are 100% cotton they stretch out with wear. Hope that helps!

vesturebin @eastbuck Hi! I'm not sure if they are tall. the inside tag says W27 L28. And when I measured I found the inseam to be 28". The rise is 9.5" . Hope that helps!
