Levi 501 Cutoffs Button Fly Star Back Pockets Shorts Sz 28 (labeled 29)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @scoutanddesign. Loved it, but they didn’t fit. I wear 29 and although label says 29, these measure 28 so I couldn’t even get them buttoned. No stretch.
