Go to your main page in your closet and down in the right hand corner is the name of your closet. Click on that. And then scroll through that menu. It will tell you my addresses click on that and that's where you can change and edit your addresses, and once you have done, ✔️ we will confirm that we will go to the right address!
Please let me know if you have any other questions or difficulty doing that

@mlozynska no you must change it yourself. I cannot ship it anywhere else. You need to go into your closet under your closet name in the right hand corner and click on that. Two, then you need to go to addresses and edit if you don't do that, it will go to the other address.

I can print is the one with the other address go into what I said above your closet name on the lower right right hand corner click on your closet name and then click on addresses and click it and change it. You can change it as much as you want, but it will only go to the address label I print. No address change you tell me here will work.

@mlozynska OK now we have it figured out you need to go to the order page for the pan and change the address there. Then I can print the label so go to your order and do so and I'll still be able to probably get it out today. Let me know if you have any questions.

I hope you're doing well, and thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you have yet to receive an updated shipping label with your buyer’s new address, please have them update their address for the specific order on the order page.
Once your buyer has updated their address for the order, an email will automatically be sent with a new label attached.

@mlozynska When I go to print the label it's still giving me the original address. I think there's a glitch in the Poshmark platform if it's showing you the correct 16xxx address

@mlozynska It's my pleasure to get this right no worries we aren't sending it out wrong. Could you please refresh your app maybe unload it and reload it and then maybe it'll get the system to generate the new label for me to access. I've reached back out to Poshmark telling them it's still not accessible. We'll get this taken care of. Don't you worry about it?

@mlozynska MARIANNA-I'm still in contact with Poshmark because it's not updating the label yet. Have you refreshed your app? They are aware that we are commenting back-and-forth on this thread. And they also are aware, of course of your order and order number and that the new address should start with 16 XXX. I promise to get this out the minute we get a new label. I appreciate your patience and promise not to send it out until we get the right address.

@sharekindness Yes,I update my app, I see the correct address from my side . The only thing that looks weird is my purchase history,it doesn’t show that I bought something from you. I also create a ticket with POSHMARK to request a help with my address issue.Thank you!
