Pre-loved: The elastic across the top is still stretchy, but seems a bit stretched/loose, so I'm my opinion this may work better as a beach cover-up than as a dress. If you have a big enough bust to fill out the section over the waist, it may not be an issue (I don't, so it was a little loose on me.) There are a few areas that look a bit sunwashed, but I'm not 100% sure if that's just a feature of the fabric or happened with wear.
