@retrorandy it is “One Size”, I can only assume adult as I’ve never seen an item for children labeled “One Size”. It was a gift last year to my 24 year old. She isn’t a person who will wear a light up hat sadly. I pulled it out and I think it would be too big for a child unless they have a larger head or are a teen. Hopefully that helps, let me know if you have any more questions.
