Jacket has attached scarf and measures 23” in length from shoulder to bottom of hem. Bust measures 18” from armpit to armpit laying flat while buttoned. Front features five button closure. Jacket and skirt are 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex. Scarf is 100% polyester.
