alwaysbeauty551 @__grahce__ I loved them they are squat proof the medium fits me however I have to say since I am a mommy of a 18-month-old I prefer a small for a little tighter on the tummy area other than that I would have kept the medium because they feel great I just ended up ordering again but this time a size small and I really like them.
