eyeofdesign @xoliviaaa so very sorry for the late response! I just saw this text convo again! Yes there is quite a bit a stretch and should fit you, as I am a s/m in tips as well. This is NWT. Purchased years ago for my daughter. As I was going through things, I tried this on and was going to keep, ad it’s cute. But I really just need to divorce some of my clothes!!😕
