Leo Rosi Powder Blue Flowy Cocktail Dress with Long Sleeve, Slit Sleeves

A fun and inexpensive cocktail dress. Powder blue, flowing fit, spring vibes, and long sleeves that gather with elastic at the wrist and have slit sleeves that show a sliver of each arm. Dress is a slight high-low, hitting above the knee in the front and right about at the knee in the back. Dress has small makeup smudge on one sleeve, and a little snagging on the bottom in the back (see photos). This dress is super comfortable, it just fit me better a few years ago.
