Lenovo Ideapad 100S-11IBY Red Laptop x2 TURNS ON CANT FACTORY RESET w/Chargers

You are purchasing a set of TWO Lenovo Ideapad laptops. The item you see in the images is the exact item you will be receiving. The laptops are in good physical condition, turn on, and come with chargers that work. The previous owners have encrypted the security of the laptops so well that I can't factory reset them. When I run them in boot mode, it asks for a passkey to reset, which is tied to the previous owners emails, which I obviously don't have access to.
