Has original inserts for calendar & address pages. A few pages missing but not many. Plastic covering has some wear (see pictures). Yellowing from age. Plastic is still flexible not stiff. Please note the tape on the back of the cover and the burn mark on the front. Has also normal wear and scratches. Bought in a Hot Topic many years ago as a teenager.
