Used once with no signs of wear. Dry cleaned professionally and paid a hearty bill to do so. Like new! Size L from manufacturer fits like US 8. Waist up to 31-32 inches and could be adjusted to smaller. Full skirt so no limits at hips and buttocks. Around the torso under the breast 34-36” but has a ribbon and could be made smaller. Bra/ breast area without molded cup. If you are bigger than 36-C or 34D would not purchase as their is limited ability to tailor it across the top back between the shoulder blades. Skirt falls to the floor on me with flats and I’m 5’11”
