Lego Architecture White House 21006 Built Missing Flag

Lego Architecture White House 21006 Built Missing Flag. This is from the retired Lego Architecture Set 21006 for The White House. It’s already been built and I’m not sure if it’s complete. I know it’s definitely missing the flag that’s supposed to go on top. I’ve listed multiple up close pictures for reference. Set was built years ago from my nephew and put on a shelf so there is definitely some dust etc on some of the legos especially on the grass section. I tried to spot clean but couldn’t do it completely without taking it apart.
