what is the measurement of waist laying flat?

@thattexasgirl17 hi! Sorry for the delay in response I just measured and it is 13” laying flat.
The brand Nux says a size small measures about waist 24.5” - 26.5” and hips 35.5” - 37.5”. They are compression. Let me know if you need to know anything else.
