Leg Avenue Women’s Pirate Halloween Costume

Elegant black jacket with white lace trim. Perfect for stylish occasions. Comes with dress, hat and black lace underskirt fluffer. Has been worn a few times. Hat has some gold detail flaws (see photos). Dress does have some staining. Mostly on the beige lace front and back. Haven’t tried dry cleaning or washing it out. Could potentially come out. Under dress fluffer was used to fluff up underneath the skirt. Hat is very flexible and bendable. It has some wiring in it so you can shape how you want it to be. Exterior of dress is very similar to a velvet.
