Leg Avenue Jail Bird costume

3 PC costume comes with hat , dress & attached arm warmers. Has some small areas that need spot cleaning, see photo. Definitely a TTS xsmall. But has SOME stretch. Lamè bra top with ruffles, lamè at waist with flair skirt which is more forgiving to bottom heavy bodies.
