This has been worn. There is a safety pin on the front that I used to make it more sexy. 😉 It can be removed. Includes hat and dress with two removable buckles for each piece. The hat folds in on itself for storage. Fabric is very stretchy and there is elastic at the neckline so it can be worn several ways. Mannequin as shown is 36”/28”/42” Garfield not included!
