Chiffon is 6 inches around hem is a slightly gathered flowing & 36” wide. Measurements are taken laying flat across at underarms is 16”, waist is 16”, hips is 21”, hips 21”, hem is 27”. Left side slit with same lace around opening. No holes, snaps, or fading. To grommet missing is only flaw. Beautiful!
