Is there any stretch to these capris? Are they a lightweight fabric?

They are not heavy denim material not extremely light either, more in the middle somewhere. They have only 1% Spandex so a little give but not an extreme amount. (And while I was pulling in every direction to see if it how much give they had the tag fell off...ugh)
