Leaving June 18: NWT Red Peplum Dress

A really cute red dress with a zipper. Has a call out on the front that I almost didn't see. It is shown in the 2nd to last picture. It's brand new, but I tried to wash it and take out the little mark, it didn't take it out as you can see in the last picture. That last one is after I washed it but it hadn't been worn, just washed. I didn't put anything direct on it, just wanted to see if it came out with a regular wash. I still have the tag so that will come with, the tag is now just not perfectly white because of the wash. The bottom has all around what is seen in the last picture. Still marked as NWT because it hasn't been worn, feel free to make an offer!
