Leatherock green seashell and starfish belt small

Leatherock green seashell and starfish belt. This belt is very rare and unusual. The belt is green leather, the buckle is adorned with gold seashells and the front panel Has seashells, sand dollars and starfish. There is some tarnishing and a little leather wear. Size small. Belt is rounded but measures 33” width is 2 1/4”
