ilihanakauai @designbychoice hi. This is a Leatherock piece and according to their website, they use semiprecious gemstones, genuine leather and crystals. I think this is a genuine turquoise, but definitely not sterling silver. The company is base in San Diego Ca. I think they let buckles sale some of their products.
