Leather/Suede Fully Reversible Coat

Purchased in Florence Unbranded Very Good Used Condition Fully reversible between suede and butter soft leather Two coats in one There is one mark I found on Suede and a few on leather. I have not made any attempt to clean them because I’m not knowledgeable about cleaning either fabric. May be easily cleaned? Please see pictures for flaws. No tags but I’d say size s Approximately 16.5 inch shoulder to shoulder 18” armpit to armpit, 17” waist and 28” length laid flat. Stunning
