Leather (suede) Nine West lace up boots

These boots always get the compliments and are so comfortable. Soft suede leather in a beige color. These are higher on the ankle and have a heel that is 4.25" high. There is a small amount of water staining on them, not noticeable when wearing; could be cleaned off. In used condition, shows signs of wear but described as best as I can. See photos for condition.
