Leather hand tooled sandals from Mexico

nice hand tooled leather sandals from Mexico. I can't find a size, but they are 12" long so maybe size 12. they are 100%Caoutchouc, whatever that means. they are in excellent shape. looks like they were worn maybe once. there is a paint platter that I can't get completely off and it is in the last picture.
