Leather booties by "Splendid," sz 7

Rugged and versatile leather booties with double straps and buckles. The boots pull on and off. In great condition, only worn 3 times. Many of what might seem are imperfections are deliberate due to their rugged design. Please refer to photos for condition. There are a few minor scratches. The toe box is meant to look like it does due to design. Heel height is 1 2/3".No box.
