Handmade from premium vegetable tanned leather & French linen thread. These hats are made one at a time by my husband. Each hide is unique with slight variations. Tanning the hat in natural sunlight increases the patina exponentially, getting darker, developing a finish completely unique to the wearer. The 6th photo show stages of tanning. A brass screw at the back makes for an adjustable size in a ‘snap back’ style. OSFM 21” to 24” around New Era size similar to 6 7/8 - 7 3/4
