I bought this on Etsy from a shop. It’s handmade leather with stainless steel ring. It’s made to size and was measured for her 8in neck size. I have a teacup 5lb chihuahua and her neck is 8in for size reference. Recommended for a tiny small dog or pup or a cat. Ideal for a neck size 7in - 8in. She doesn’t care for the collar so it’s new unused.
