When you measured the sleeve length, did you measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom or arm pit to the bottom? Thank you!

@mdmurph515 sleeve length is from top of shoulder seam. From where the shoulder actually sits (i.e. the "wings" in the back), it's 25"
