hi, could you tell me the length measurement and also the width between the top of the shoulder seams?

@jillrageous Hi, the length is 23.5 inches and while it's 20 inches from one end to the other while buttoned up( the circumference should be about 40 inches) Not good at this but that's what i got. My sister knows about this kind of stuff but won't be here till wkend. Happy poshing
