Leather Converse Boot/ Sneaker

NIB leather Chuck Taylor All Star boot sneakers from Converse. I’m pretty sure these are sold out and no longer sold on their website. These have never been worn or tried on before. Upon closer inspection I saw that the paint was slightly messy in a few areas, but I’m not sure how to clean them up without potentially ruining the leather.
