Le Lis Collection Animal Print Dress w/ Puffed Sleeves & Ruffles

Darling animal print dress that is smocked everywhere except sleeves and ruffles. Dress can be be worn on/off shoulders. Dress has two tiers of ruffles on the bottom measuring approximately 5.5”. Approximate measurements laying flat are as follows: armpit to armpit - 17”; waist - 13”; hips - 17”; length - 33”. Dress will stretch an approximate 4”, possibly more. Dress is a size medium, but would better fit a small. Never worn. Pristine condition.
