Le Lis Blanc Deux Sleeveless mini dress; black background with cream polka dots

Lightweight (silky feeling viscose) sleeveless mini dress. Black background wit cream colored polka dots and circles with black dots within. Ill call it dots and bubbles. Square neckline front and back trimmed in black. Pintucked pleats that flare out. Relaxed fit below tie ribbon. Fabric is super lightweight but not sheer. Feels soft and comfortable. There are two black attached ribbons that can be tied in back or front. Size is tagged M. But please see my lay flat measurements for additional size information. Pit to pit: 18” Length from top of shoulder to hem: 35” This garment is pre-owned, but is in excellent gently worn condition.
